Butter Mixture:

- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Prep Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, mix butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Prepare Tins: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease muffin tin or foil muffin cups (3.5-inch round, ½-cup capacity). Wipe away excess oil.
- Shape Dough: Place each biscuit into a muffin cup, pressing up the sides to form a crust. Prick bottoms and sides with a fork.
- Brush & Fill:
- Brush inside with butter mixture.
- Spread about ½ tsp pizza sauce inside each.
- Add 1 tbsp mozzarella, then ½ tbsp pepperoni.
