  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the pan: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Assemble: Spoon the filling into the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
  4. Cook the wraps: Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Garnish & serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and slice in half before serving.
