If you’re looking for a chicken dish that’s effortless yet packed with flavor, this Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken is it. Coated in a rich Caesar dressing blend and baked to juicy perfection, it’s one of those foolproof weeknight dinners that always gets rave reviews. Think creamy, tangy, cheesy goodness with just a handful of ingredients — and barely any prep time.

This recipe has become a weeknight favorite in our house. I first whipped it up on a busy Tuesday using leftover Caesar dressing, and now it’s requested weekly. It’s comforting, flavorful, and unbelievably simple.

Why You’ll Love Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken

  • 5-Minute Prep: Just mix the sauce, coat the chicken, and bake
  • Ultra Moist & Tender: The Caesar coating keeps it juicy and flavorful
  • Rich & Creamy: Parmesan, sour cream, and Caesar dressing = flavor bomb
  • Great for Meal Prep: Holds up beautifully for next-day lunches
  • Family-Friendly: Kids and adults devour it

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

2. Make the Caesar Sauce

In a mixing bowl, stir together Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

3. Coat the Chicken

Arrange the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spoon the Caesar mixture over each piece, spreading it to fully coat the tops.

4. Bake

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbling.

5. Garnish & Serve

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with roasted vegetables, a side salad, or fluffy mashed potatoes.
